International Consultancy

Dr. Roper has provided international advice and consultancy in the areas of constitutional development, human rights and education policy for a variety of governmental and intergovernmental organizations. He has been involved in training seminars and written policy papers and reports for international donors and policy makers. In addition, he has served as an expert witness in US immigration court cases as well as UK Home Office immigration matters concerning Romanian and Moldovan citizens.
