International Consultancy

I have provided international advice and consultancy in the areas of constitutional development, human rights and education policy for a variety of governmental and intergovernmental organizations. I have been involved in training seminars and written policy papers and reports for international donors and policy makers. In addition, I have served as an expert witness in US immigration court cases as well as UK Home Office immigration matters concerning Romanian and Moldovan citizens.
