Moldovan Conference

Here are just a few photos from a conference
that I presented at entitled Power, Democracy and Transition in Moldova:
Between the Past and the Present. The conference was sponsored by the Council
of Europe and hosted by the European Institute for Political Studies of
Moldova. I want to thank the Director of the Institute, Nicolae Chirtoaca,
for all his kindness. I have also posted a photo with the Minister of Education,
Valentin Beniuc. We had an excellent meeting while I was in Chisinau.
